SPYRUS is the only US-based manufacturer of secure USB devices that has been certified by Microsoft to continue to provide support for Windows To Go. All six of the SPYRUS Microsoft certified FIPS 140-2 Level 3 Windows To Go live drives do not use pwcreator.exe and will be unaffected by this change, and will work as they currently do in terms of receiving updates. LTSB/LTSC versions of Windows 10 will continue to support Windows To Go until 2029 and will also be seamlessly supported by the SPYRUS Window To Go drives and creator tools. SPYRUS worked diligently to provide custom tools that seamlessly integrated into the Windows environment to give customers the security they demand while ensuring the custom tools did not conflict with standard Windows 10 operations.
“Microsoft customers that rely on Windows To Go can be assured SPYRUS products will support their current workflow without hiccups in updates or oversights in security for the next ten years,” said Grant Evans, chairman and chief executive officer, SPYRUS Solutions. “SPYRUS is committed to providing the highest quality hardware and software security solutions, manufactured in the US, to protect data and applications in motion, at rest, and in process.”

CRU NIST Federated Write Block Validation Utility
The CRU WriteBlocking Validation Utility provides an easy-to-use method to determine if a hardware or software writeblocker blocks low-level hard drive commands.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has approved the use of CRU's WriteBlocking Validation Utility for submitting test reports to the Federated Testing Project:
"The Federated Testing project is an expansion of the Computer Forensics Tool Testing (CFTT) Program to provide digital forensics investigators and labs with test materials for tool testing and to support shared test reports. The goal of Federated Testing is to help digital forensics investigators to test the tools that they use in their labs and to enable sharing of tool test results within the digital forensics community." ("Computer Forensic Tool Testing Program", 2015)
